Movie Monday: "13 Sins"

If you’re looking for a thriller that’ll have you guessing until the end and that delivers a few twists, look no further than 13 Sins. The Daniel Stamm directed film stars Mark Webber, Rutina Wesley (of HBO’s True Blood), Ron Pearlman, and Devon Graye.

The plot of the movie is as follows: A cryptic phone call sets off a dangerous game of risks for Elliot, a down-on-his luck salesman. The game promises increasing rewards for completing 13 tasks, each more sinister than the last. (c) Radius-TWC.

13 Sins is non-stop, gore filled thrill ride from start to finish, so for those of you who are squeamish, you may want to take a rain check on this one. For those of you that like being grossed out and shocked however, you definitely don’t want to pass this film up. The acting is top notch, the challenges that Elliot endures throughout range from darkly humorous to outright insane, and the final twists in the film will shock you to say the least.
