Did Adele Tease "25" Album on Twitter?

Has Adele teased her new album to us via Twitter? That’s what a lot of us are hoping. The now 26-year-old singer posted a tweet  on her birthday that read: “Bye bye 25… See you again later in the year x”. This lead a lot of us to believe she may be releasing her highly anticipated followup to her record breaking album 21.

Personally, I’d love for Adele to release another album although, I’ve yet to get tired of 21 and still listen to it regularly.
