JoJo has released a mini EP as a V-Day gift for fans. The EP features covers of the classic tracks "Caught Up in the Rapture" by Anita Baker and "Take Me Home" by Phil Collins, both produced by Da Internz. Jo also included her version of "GLory" which was inspired by opera singer Kathleen Battle.
JoJo was recently released from her contract with Blackground that prevented her from releasing new music commercially, which is probably why you may not have heard much about her in recent years. Things have gotten a lot better however and Jo is finally working on her first album in 8 years with Atlantic Records.
