Carrie Underwood Tops Forbes List of Top Earning American Idol Alums

If you were wondering which of your favorite American Idol Alums were bringing in the most bank over the past year, wonder no more. Carrie Underwood tops the list, but there are a couple of former Idol contestants that made more than you may have thought. Carrie Underwood brought in an whopping $31 million from June 2012-2013, mainly from her album Blown Away with sales, touring, etc. Kelly Clarkson made the list at #2 with $7 million and Phillip Phillips came in at #3 with $5 million.
