Anticipated Albums of 2014

It's finally 2014! With that being said, it's time that I reveal a couple of my most anticipated albums that are set to be released this year. There are only about 4 that I'm really looking forward to, but I've listed what they are and why below.

1.) Iggy Azalea - The New Classic

As you may know, I'm a huge Iggy Azalea supporter; I've been a fan since she was making freestyle videos on YouTube, and she's come a long way since then. The New Classic was originally set to be released late last year, but got pushed back to March 2014. Even with the delay, Iggy has given us enough to hold us over until we get the album. Get into the video for her latest single "Change Your Life" feat T.I. below.

2.) Mike Posner - Pages

It's no secret that Mike Posner is one of my favorite artists, so it's not surprising that his upcoming album Pages made my list. Mike has been working hard in the studio recording his new material for fans and his album is bound to deliver. Recently, Mike released a video for his latest single "Top of the World" which features fellow Detroit native (and good friend) Big Sean. Watch the video below.

3.) Colby O'Donis -  Start Over

Colby O'Donis has took a bit of a hiatus from the music scene, but he's back and ready to be back on top. I was lucky enough to hear some of Colby's new material when I saw him here in Philly back in November, and from what I've heard, his next album is gonna be great. He has a little bit of everything; a little pop, a little dance, and a little R&B. A definite standout from what I've heard so far is the club banging track entitled "Nymphomaniac" (the title's self explanatory). Colby also taps into his emotional side with his song "Start Over", a track dedicated to a past lover. Check out Colby's latest video for his single "Lean" below

4.) Danity Kane - Untitled Album

Danity Kane took the internet and social media by storm when they announced that they were getting back together. Dawn, Aubrey, Shannon and Aundrea have shown that this is no gimmick; they're back and they're ready to show the world why they topped the charts with both of their albums. Even though details on the latest Danity Kane album are scarce, they have confirmed that it will be out this year, and I'm excited to hear their new material when it's released. Check out their performance of one of their new tracks entitled "All in a Day's Work" from their DKLA show below.
