Music Video: Mike Posner - "Top of the World" feat. Big Sean

"Smiles don't result from good things, they result in good things" Mike Posner says as his video for "Top of the World" begins. The video premiered on RyanSeacrest.com and I love it. In the video, we see Mike hopping on a plane heading to his hometown of Detroit and we get glimpses of the city, as well as cameos from Detroit Red Wings player Pavel Datsyuk and producer Diplo.

We also get a clip of Mike dancing playfully with his mom and dad to the track and the Finally Famous crew standing in front of their mural at Dexter Check Cashing. Throughout the video, we see Mike and company enjoying life and having a good time as Mike sings about accomplishing even more in his life.

If you know me, you know that Mike Posner is one of my favorite artists/people, and this video (and track) shows why.

"Top of the World" was produced by Diplo and Benny Blanco and will be featured on Mike's upcoming sophomore album Pages, which is due out in 2014. With every copy of Pages purchased, a meal will be served to a child in need.
