Chilli Supports PETA In New Campaign

Dozens of celebrities have let their support for PETA and animal rights be known publicly and the most recent PETA poster child is none other than TLC's Chilli. In her ad, Chilli is going against circus cruelty and is seen sporting tiger stripes while in a large cage, representing animal imprisonment at zoos.

“There’s so much cruelty behind the scenes,” Chilli said. “They’re being mean to them to make them do this trick that everybody sees and thinks that the animal really wants to do it. And I think that everybody needs to be aware of what’s really going on.”

“I think it’s very important to use your celebrity for positive things,” she said. “If you can raise awareness to something that’s important such as this, then you should.”
