Miley Cyrus Takes Over SNL

Yesterday, Miley Cyrus took over Saturday Night Live as the host for the night and performed her two hit singles "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball" once her hosting duties were over.

Spoiler alert: There was no twerking involved. As Miley previously mentioned in her recent Rolling Stone interview, she's done twerking. “In case anyone’s concerned, there will be no twerking tonight,” said Miley. “I used to think twerking was cool, but now that white people are doing it, it seems kind of lame.”

 In addition to portraying Hilary Clinton and a high school student obsessed with hip-hop music, Miley and the rest of the SNL cast parodied the recent government shutdown with elements from her video "We Can't Stop". (Check out the clip below)
