Lorde Performs "Royals" on Ellen

16-year-old New Zealand native Lorde has been making quite a name for herself lately. Her single "Royals" has been on top of the Billboard Hot 100 singles for the second week, and she couldn't be happier.

The singer/songwriter headed to The Ellen Degeneres Show today to perform the hit song, marking her daytime television debut.

In addition to "Royals" being atop the Billboard Hot 100, her album Pure Heroin debuted at #3 this week selling 129,000 copies. This put her behind Drake's Nothing Was The Same (148,000 copies) and Justin Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2 (350,000 copies). After getting the news, Lorde tweeted:
