Jill Scott Stops By Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club

Songstress Jill Scott stopped by Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club for an in depth interview talking about everything from her experiences in Africa, her love life, and her upcoming musical projects. The Philly native has always been an open book and she shows that she is still that down to earth artist that everyone fell in love with.

During the interview, Jill was asked about her experiences in Africa and quickly cleared up the misconception that Africa is only full of poverty and war. "The biggest misconception, I think, is that it's all poverty and war, and it's not. That's like thinking that all of the United States in McDonald's because that's what you see on television" said Scott.
