Philadelphia is known for harboring a plethora of talented artists. While not all of them get the notoriety that they deserve, Beano's undeniable talent has caught the attention of many and he's only getting started.
A native of Philadelphia, Beano started singing when he was just a kid in his church choir. Being as though his mother was a vocalist and his father was a guitarist, Beano had the music gene in his blood.
Singing in the church choir gave Beano more confidence over the years and he began perfecting his craft. He took this confident attitude and went on the make a name for himself by performing on BET's 106 & Park and opening for artists like The Dream, Musiq Soulchild, Akon, and Freeway. More recently, Beano performed on the 2013 MTV O Music Awards with fellow Talent Island member, Chill Moody.
Beano's journey has taken him from singing in his church choir to opening for big name artists and performing on established music networks. His story goes to show working hard and having passion for your craft can result in accomplishing your goals.
